We currently have two beach huts for sale.
In addition to the purchase price the annual running costs include a beach hut site licence, insurance (approx £300), beach hut association membersship (£5), and maintenance. There also is a one off transfer fee payable to Tendring District Council by the buyer.

This front row hut is situated on the dog friendly part of Eastcliff beach. Located on the lower prom, very close to the public water tap and less than a minute walk from the kiosk. Access to the hut is 6 steps at the front and then you’re straight onto the sand.
This hut has a cool nautical vibe with fabulous views across the sea. It’s elevated position means plenty of privacy from passers by. We hae taken very good care of this hut and it’s in great condition. All contents are included in the sale.
