Terms & Conditions

1. Daily hire charges advertised on our website and social media pages. The maximum occupancy for each hut is six people both inside and outside the hut. This includes children and babies. This number must not be exceeded. We reserve to right to terminate your stay if the number of persons occupying the hut exceeds the maximum stated. We are conscious that we want to be good neighbours to other beach hut owners. We therefore limit the number of people who can book a hut. Each hut is only equipped for six people. Although it may be possible to have more than that number on the beach, it would not be possible for more than six people to sit in the hut if it rains, or to sit on the path outside the hut if the tide is very high. We therefore ask our guests to respect our six person limit both inside and outside the hut.
